I am not sure of where or what to buy. How can you help me?
By speaking to one of our experienced consultants, we will find out what sort of investment you would like to make For example, you may want to use your property for several weeks a year and rent it out for the remainder of the year. We will advise you on the destination and developments that will give you the best investment opportunity for the given budget.

What is the buying process?
Once you have chosen your desired property, we will ask you for a refundable £2000 reservation fee to hold the property. We would then forward the relevant contracts to you and upon signing the contract, the first deposit will be due (minus your reservation fee).

What is the payment structure?
Payment plans vary from development to development but will be spread from the time you sign the contract to when the development is completed.

How can I make payment?
The method of payment depends on the development chosen. On some cases we would ask you to pay the developer directly, and at other times, you would send the payment to Icon Overseas' client account. Our foreign exchange partner, rationalfx.com, offer very competitive exchange rates.

I have bought the apartment. How can I get rental income?
