Icon Overseas offer informative inspection trips to the destinations offered. We have put together a structured program that will allow you to explore the local area and to ensure you fully understand the transaction process of any potential purchase.
Our inspection visits are tailor made to your needs and we usually recommend 3-4 days to allow time to view all the properties which may be of interest to you. On arriving at the airport of your chosen destination, you will be met by our local colleagues and taken to your place of accommodation.
If you are new to the area, then you can request to have a small tour of the area and surroundings to get a feel for it. Following that, our consultants would have prepared a portfolio of properties from your criteria.
Our consultants are experienced with UK purchasers and will be more than happy to answer most questions. If you have found a property you are interested in purchasing then you will be introduced to local professionals to assist you in your purchase including solicitors, financial advisors and management companies.
